Located just North of Panama City Beach, Florida, on the Choctawhatchee River, we are 15 minutes away from the ECP International Airport and 25 minutes from the beaches. We are looking for monthly rentals by snowbirds for January and February. Spring, Summer, and Fall are great months for two-day rentals or weekly rentals. Close by are hiking trails, natural springs, and a golf course.
The Guest House is a riverfront property located on the historic Choctawhatchee River. It is one of three houses at Choctaw Lodge Retreat Bed and Breakfast. Only 25 minutes from Panama City Beach. It is centrally located near state parks, hiking trails, and natural springs. With a beautiful river view, this property also offers a fully equipped kitchen, a grill below, two bathrooms, and two bedrooms with one queen and one double. The living room couch also makes out into a bed. Great wi-fi, ROKU TV. This property also offers canoeing and kayaking at no extra charge.

Testimonials

"With Sarasota County enforcing a new 6% short-term rental tourism tax, property management commissions and big site guest service fees were getting too expensive. Listing on SnowbirdSeeker turned out to be a bargain with their low flat annual rate. Also, their customer service guy pointed me to the right link where the Sarasota County tourism tax could be submitted."

Cindy Johnson Sarasota FL

“I think Snowbirdseeker is the best seasonal rental advertising service because as soon as I listed I received inquiries.  I have two seasonal rental properties in Miami Beach and I receive 85% of rental bookings from this service.  This website consistently keeps my places rented.”

Scott Hanson Marathon Key FL

“ After advertising my vacation rental here I was able to book my place for three months to a nice couple.  Just what I was looking for, Thanks.”

Roger Cook

"We advertise our rental each year on Snowbirdseeker because we depend on snowbirds to book our seasonal rental."
