Do you have a vacation rental you would like to advertise?  Great, please first Sign Up and list your first property before contacting us with any questions.  Listing is free and only takes  5 to 10 minutes if you fill out all required fields on our one page sign up form.  Upgrading is optional but if you still have questions please attempt to sign up before contacting us. Rental Owners, you may now checkout with your PayPal account or checkout as guest with credit card for your convenience. . Payments are processed by PayPal and are secured.

All membership plans auto renew as is stated on the upgrade membership page. All rentals are sorted according to total payments over the life of the membership.

Renewal payments keep your listing upgraded and improve your rental’s ranking. If however, you have sold your property, rented it for the season, or you wish to stop billing just visit SnowbirdSeeker log in. Once logged in visit the link titled Upgraded Account Settings. Scroll down on that page and hit the cancel billing button.

Removing billing plan stops auto renewals, but your seasonal rental will remain active for the remainder of the most recent upgrade. Returning customers all membership payments are cumulative and improve your rentals rank in your area.

  You may contact customer service with inquiries using the contact form below . An answer and reply to your query will be sent within one business day. Note: Both renter and rental members may send mail free, but rental owners are asked to upgrade to read their mail. We appreciate your business.  To upgrade your membership we recommend you select Checkout With PayPal option. PayPal checkout is convenient, free, and still allows you to add your credit card as preferred payment method.
