We are seeking seasonal or annual renters for our riverside condo located a mile from the World’s Most Famous Beach, two miles from Daytona Spreedway and within walking distance of shopping and restaurants. We recently renovated the condo, installing new tile throughout and upgrading many features for your enjoyment. Our condo is an upstairs corner unit, very quiet and away from street traffic, within easy walking distance to the World’s Most Famous Beach, shopping and restaurants. Daytona International Speedway and an International airport are 3-4 miles away. Please contact us for a copy of our lease agreement. Our condo association will conduct a background check of all prospective tenants.
