Unit features high ceilings and large open kitchen, dining area and living room floor plan. There is a separate den and laundry room. Bedrooms and baths are updated and freshly painted. This is a 2nd floor unit with entry through a secure vestibule. The building has an elevator for easy handicapped access. Steps away from heated pool, clubhouse with gym, pickleball court, kid's playground and outdoor BBQ's. Electric vehicle type 2 charging available on site. HOA charges a $150 application fee and $25 for a parking sticker, which is the responsibility of the tenant. Tenant is also responsible of monthly electric bill, paid by the Owner and withheld out of the tenant's deposit at the end of the lease. Remaining deposit is fully refundable less any cost for damages other than normal wear and tear.
