Utilities are included in the rent, and our home has central heat/AC and a washer & dryer. (Sorry but no smoking, and pets are not allowed due to my husband's allergies.) Internet and cable can be arranged. Our home is directly across from the Park Royale clubhouse which has many amenities: a year-round heated pool, exercise equipment, library, billiard room, tennis/pickle ball courts, bocce ball/shuffleboard courts, and a small putting green. Park Royale is a “cart friendly” park that is close to shopping, restaurants, pharmacies, and banks.
