Rental Owners, We do not currently use offsite Paypal or Google checkout, but instead we are using a virtual payments pro terminal through Paypal for your convenience. Payments are processed by PayPal and are secured.
All membership plans auto renew as is stated on the upgrade membership page. All rentals are sorted according to total payments over the life of the membership.
Renewal payments keep your listing upgraded and improve your rental’s ranking. If however, you have sold your property, rented it for the season, or you wish to stop billing just visit SnowbirdSeeker log in. Once logged in visit the link titled Upgraded Account Settings. Scroll down on that page and hit the cancel billing button.
Removing billing plan stops auto renewals, but your seasonal rental will remain active for the remainder of the most recent upgrade. Returning customers all membership payments are cumulative and improve your rentals rank in your area.
